**1. Cancellation Request:**

To cancel your membership with Lydia Martinez Ebling, you must submit a written cancellation request to info@lydiamartinezebling.com. Please include your full name, membership details, and the reason for cancellation.

**2. Notice Period:**

Members are required to provide a notice period of 30 days before the desired cancellation date. The notice period may vary depending on the specific terms outlined in your Membership Agreement.

**3. Refund Policy:**

Lydia Martinez Ebling's membership fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Membership Agreement. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the membership term or for any services or benefits not utilized.

**4. Automatic Renewal:**

If your membership is set to automatically renew, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. Lydia Martinez Ebling will not be responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date.

**5. Prorated Refunds:**

No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the membership term. Members are responsible for the full membership fee for the duration of the current term.

**6. Exceptions:**

In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical issues or relocation, Lydia Martinez Ebling may consider exceptions to the Cancellation Policy. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

**7. Access Termination:**

Upon cancellation, members will lose access to all membership benefits, services, and resources immediately, unless otherwise specified in the membership agreement.

**8. Changes to the Membership Cancellation Policy:**

Lydia Martinez Ebling reserves the right to update or modify this membership cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be reflected on this page.
